Prior to his foray in the Agric Export business, Lanre is a certified ERP consultant and Project Manager. He
was directly involved in the implementation of enterprise software in an array of industries from
manufacturing, FMCG, Oil and Gas sector.

Omolola Is the head of Human Relations at Sourcing and Produce and she will be acting as the General
Manager for Sea to Port.
Omolola is the Human resource manager at Sourcing and Produce. She has 14 years’ experience in
Workforce management, Talent acquisition, Process engineering, Performance management, learning
and development to mention but a few.
Prior to joining Sourcing and Produce, Omolola worked at all levels of Human Resource Management in
the FMCG industry where she manages over 300 employees.
She is a student of Rome Business School where she is studying Masters in International Human
Resources Management. She is a Fellow member of the Chartered Institute of the Human Resource
Management and a Certified Human Resource Professional. She bagged a B.A. in English from Olabisi
Onabanjo University, Ago – Iwoye, Ogun State.
Omolola Fadipe

Mr. Fasipe Sadiq is a highly accomplished fleet administrator with over 11 years of wealth experience and
a diverse skill set. With a strong background in Fleet Management, Fleet Data analytics, administration,
and people management, he has consistently delivered exceptional results throughout his career.Mr.
Fasipe Sadiq began his professional journey as an Operations Supervisor at Cashlink Leasing PLC, where
he honed his skills in overseeing day-to-day operations. Building on this foundation, he joined Aquila
Leasing Ltd as a Regional Fleet Manager, successfully managing a wide range of fleet-related activities.
Continuing his career progression, Mr. Fasipe Sadiq joined Brunel Logistics Global Solutions Ltd as a
Transport/Fleet Manager, where he demonstrated his ability to optimize fleet operations and enhance
efficiency. His strategic mindset and attention to detail contributed significantly to the success of the
organization. Recognized for his expertise in fleet management, Mr. Fasipe Sadiq was appointed the Head
of Fleet Management at Gokada Rides Limited. In this role, he played a pivotal role in developing and
implementing robust fleet strategies, ensuring the smooth and seamless operation of the company's
transportation services.
Mr. Fasipe holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Transport Management from Olabisi Onabanjo University,
Ago-Iwoye, Ogun State, Nigeria. His commitment to professional development is further exemplified by
his membership in the Nigeria Institute of Management and The Chartered Institute of Transport
Administration where he has achieved chartered status.
With his extensive experience, analytical acumen, and proven leadership abilities, Mr. Sadiq Fasipe is an
invaluable asset to us at Sea to Port Operations.

Kenny has an MBA at Nexford University Washington DC, USA. A graduate of Ambrose Alli University, B.Sc.
Computer Science and has a diploma in Computer Engineering at Ambrose Alli University.
He has over 12years experience in fleet management with companies like Nigerian Breweries were he
stared his career. Over the course of his career: He has ensured overall fleet reporting to the
management thereby ensuring driver’s management and control, planning, coordination and delegation
of duties to mechanics and drivers, he also ensures preventive maintenance of the fleets, Vehicle
documentation tracking, and reporting expired licenses for renewal. He ensures strict compliance with
the fleet policies, QHSE procedure, and standard Liaison with law enforcement agencies (LASTMA, VIO,
FRSC). He has strong contact with their top officials through Nigeria armed forces membership.
His tasks include but not limited to support in overseeing operational fleet vehicles and reducing
operational costs. He Coordinate drivers/technicians for the effective running of the operations. He
handles monthly, quarterly, and yearly budgeting of the fleet operations and oversee the
mechanic/workshop personnel for proper preventive maintenance.
